A visa is an entry in a passport to be made by Government official only.
It means the bearer of the passport has been granted permission to enter a country (single / multiple,as the case may be) , where his visit has been scheduled. It specifies duration of stay and period of validity.
Before applying any type of any country VISA, please ensure that your passport should be valid for minimum 6 months.
Indian Nationalists do not require VISA for entering 26 countries, such as -
Mauritius, Fiji, Jamaica, Macau, British Virgin Islands, Trinidad – Tobago, Haiti, Ecuador, Nepal, Bhutan
34 countries, where “On Arrival” VISA is available. To name a few countries here, are:
Maldives, Hong kong, Indonesia, Madagascar, Seychelles, Jordan, Thailand, Kenya etc..

Foreign currency shall be provided in the form of either Travel Card or Currency notes, as desired by the traveler.
